Abbiamo pernottato al Castagneto in occasione di un tour in moto,2 notti in tripla. La struttura è accogliente, il personale e in particolare il sig Giovanni alla reception e il factotum "genio" sono stati gentilissimi e prodighi di utilissimi consigli. La cucina dell'hotel è semplice e ottima. Non possiamo che consigliare questa struttura nella quale speriamo di soggiornare nuovamente.

Capitati per caso nel ristorante. Abbiamo mangiato una gricia e una amatriciana come piatti principali. Devo dire che la gricia è stata la migliore che abbia mai mangiato. Veramente top! Completa il pasto un ottimo antipasto, e una buonissima scelta di dolci e frutta. Ottimo il vino proposto. Prezzi medio-alti ma ne vale la pena.

Hotel Ristorante Il Castagneto Sapori autentici di Amatrice ti aspettano a "Il Castagneto"! Se ami la vera Amatriciana, preparata con passione e ingredienti del territorio, questo è il posto giusto. Nel giro di questo sabato scorso verso campo imperatore mi sono fermato a pranzo qui, sotto consiglio di qualche follower, e debbo dire che è stata un'esperienza culinaria che scalda il cuore! Location ottima sotto i Castagni e con un bel vedere di prato e verde.. ho fatto pranzo fuori, poi ho preso un bel antipastino, un primo chiamato Bacchetta?? (non ricordo ragazzi, cmq aveva un nome simile) che racchiude la Gricia e la Amatriciana insieme nello stesso piatto con una spruzzatina di pecorino, uno spettacolo... poi un dolce, caffe, vino, acqua, 25€ . perché dopo questo popò di primo non riuscivo a mangiare altro..

Un'oasi in una città ancora in un triste crepuscolo. Un ristorante/albergo completamente moderno e nuovo,che può o non può piacere,ma che da un senso di rinascita. Siamo stati a pranzo e siamo stati accolti dal personale gentilissimo. Le pietanze buonissime con un'ottima proporzione qualità/prezzo. Ottima esperienza.
